• Initial/ Lifestyle Nutrition Assessment
    • This includes an in-depth nutrition consultation where we review your concerns, your current eating habits in detail and measure your Weight, Height, BMI, Body Fat Composition and Metabolic Age. Using this information we will create an individualized meal plan to meet your nutrition goals.
  • Follow-up consultations
    • In these consultations we will monitor and assess your progress. We will review your weight and diet and make changes as necessary to make sure you are meeting your goals.
  • Meal Delivery services
    • In some cases, you may find it easier to have your meals delivered to your doorstep. In this case we will sign you up for a program where you will get nutritious and calorie controlled meals and snacks delivered fresh daily.
  • Nutrition Supplements
    • If you are not getting all your nutrient needs from your foods we can recommend supplements. This is important if you are on a restricted diet like for example a vegan diet or a dairy free diet or others.
  • Food intolerance testing
    • Food intolerances are increasing, the most common ones are to foods containing dairy, gluten, eggs, yeast and soy. Symptoms range from bloating and digestive discomfort to migraines and difficulty in weight loss. We have several tests available to detect food intolerances ranging from 50 of the most commonly eaten foods to 275 foods and additives.
  • Presentations/ Group Education
    • We are very active in promoting nutrition awareness and our talks include, Weight loss Management, Eating Healthy in Ramadan, Nutrition for Children with Special Needs like Autism, Nutrition for Arthritis and Lupus, Nutrition and Cancer Prevention and others. The information we provide is always based on research and current advances in Nutrition in the particular field.
